Mona Tian
We trust Mona Tian with our lives. She can’t perform a tracheotomy, but she can pick the correct place to eat, in seemingly any circumstance on any city on earth, and it’s always the right place. She’s dedicated her life saving elephants in Africa, and perfecting homemade gelato. She’s played violin with Sarah Chang, Timothy Fain, Bill T Jones, Wadada Leo Smith, and Randy Newman. She’s toured nationally as concertmaster with Dear Evan Hansen, the show that won the most Tony awards in 2017. That makes Mona about 25% closer to EGOTing than the rest of us. For now. We are better with Mona in the band: on tour, in the studio, and on the stage.
