Odeya Nini
Odeya Nini is is a kaleidoscopic blooming and re-blooming of loose braided branches reaching far out into the vast landscape in every direction. She is singular in every sense of the word. A cultivator of communities, purveyor of presence, lover of mysticism, and coaxer of the powerful voices and infinite within all of us. She’s gotten married on a hill vaulting into the sun, had children, performed on Mongolian sand dunes, developed a vocal training system that is all her own, and written a children’s book. Her wailing sometimes shakes the earth. She’s driven like the inevitability of the celestial spheres. The cosmos is in her eyes. And she’s our friend.
